People talk of great leaders, of born leaders, of inspirational and motivating characters. So what is involved in progressing from a good manager to an excellent leader? This course takes away the mystery to identify the behaviours that make good leaders. The course is highly participative and will be geared to meet the needs of the participants. The overall objective is for each delegate to identify the behaviours that they could use that would improve their performance as leaders.
