This course is targeted at experienced managers to enable them to both evaluate their own effectiveness and to develop suitable skills fundamental to the development and productivity of their staff. This courses objective is to understand the effect of management style, how it promotes motivation, attitude and application, evaluate existing management skills and to further develop those individual skills necessary to encourage staff to give of their best.
