Whilst this course will help those starting work on their own approaches to stress, its primary objective is to help them manage the effects of pressure and stress on their team. Many Authorities continue to experience significant change and indeed Councils may be merging or be completely new bodies. Maintaining the energy and so the effectiveness of the team is a vital competency for any manager. This is a highly participative course that will allow for discussion and problem solving of specific issues raised by the delegates.
