For most people assertiveness is not a skill we are born with, it has to be learnt. Submissive or aggressive behaviour severely limits productivity and often creates win-lose situations amongst staff. The affect that this limiting behaviour has within teams, between colleagues and in working relations with contractors and suppliers is considerable. This course is designed to equip participants with effective interpersonal skills that enable them to fully participate and give of their best. On the completion of this training participants will understand and know how to be assertive in getting their points of view across to others.
